The space represents approximately 40% of the total area of the new building, which is owned by VRS Doral LLC. Pedro Garcia, of Gateway Realty Services, represented the tenant in the transaction. The landlord was represented by Walter Robinson and Laurel Oswald of Transwestern Commercial Services.
BellSouth Advertising and Publishing Corp. is a provider of print directories within the southeast and Latin America.
Doral Costa Office Park is a three-building, 280,000-sf development on 17 acres at 9800 and 9850 Doral Blvd. The second phase is a 130,000-sf, four-story office building which is currently under construction.
The first phase of park, which is also a four-story, 130,000-sf office building, is 100% leased. Existing tenants include World Fuel Services, Whirlpool, Seitlin & Co., Allstate Insurance Co. and HSBC Bank. The third building is a 20,000-sf, three-story building that was built as part of the first phase. Transwestern handles the leasing for the entire park.
