Medical Firm Lease Zips Up 401 Plymouth Rd.

PLYMOUTH MEETING, PA-Fresenius Medical Care inks a 35,315-sf lease in Brandywine's 201,528-sf, class A office property, taking occupancy to 100%.

PLYMOUTH MEETING, PA-Germany-based Fresenius Medical Care, a global supplier of dialysis products and services, has signed a lease for 35,315 sf at 401 Plymouth Rd., where it will headquarter its Northeast business unit. The commitment takes occupancy in the six-story, 201,528-sf class A office building to 100%.

The aggregate value of the lease is undisclosed. A spokeswoman for Radnor-based Brandywine Realty Trust, the building owner, tells GlobeSt.com the asking rent rate for the property is “in the high $20s per sf,” and the building was completed in 2002.
