(MORRISTOWN, NJ) Frank Zisa comes on board as senior development manager for the eastern regional development team. Before joining Higgins, Zisa served as vice president of asset management, acquisitions and development for Master Plan Property Trust.

CRESA PARTNERS
(BOSTON) Jennifer Bettencourt joins the team as project manager. She previously was vice president of space and planning at Putnam Investments.

NAI OLYMPIA PARTNERS
(INDIANAPOLIS) Joining as associates, Jake Isenbarger and Megan Miller become part of the industrial and office divisions, respectively. Isenbarger previously worked for Marquette Partners LLP while Miller recently completed a stint with Teach for America. Also, Jason Speckman joins the office and retail investment transactions group. He most recently was business director and broker associate for Century 21 Realty Group.

(CHICAGO) Jason R. Streepy and Linda T. Garske come aboard as senior vice presidents, assigned to the Rosemont office. Streepy was a leasing representative for Equity Office Properties and Garske was an EOP leasing manager.
