CAMP HILL, PA-Plymouth, MI-based Cequent Towing Products has signed a lease for 52,000 sf of warehouse space at 2404 Gettysburg Rd. It will join existing tenant, Purina Mills, to take occupancy in the 124,859-sf building to 100%.

The terms and value of the agreement are undisclosed. On condition of anonymity, an area broker tells GlobeSt.com the rental rate for warehouse space in this area is between $4 per sf and $4.50 per sf.

Joe McDermott and Vincent Ranalli in the Wayne office of CB Richard Ellis represented Cequent in the negotiations. Denver-based ProLogis, the owner, was represented in house. Ranalli tells GlobeSt.com Cequent will use the space as one of its main distribution centers and move in this spring following some build-out work.

Cequent designs, manufactures and markets a wide range of accessories for vehicles and trailers. Among the products are towing, hitch, cargo carrying and rack systems in addition to trailer components.
