SCOTTSDALE, AZ-Same-store sales at P.F. Chang’s 152 China Bistro units fell 0.9% year over year during the company’s fourth quarter, which ended Dec. 31. But total revenues for the restaurant operator were up 18%, totaling $252 million.

The China Bistros accounted for $201 million in total sales, while revenues at the 107-unit, fast-casual Pei Wei Asian Diner were $50.2 million. Same-store sales at Pei Wei fell 0.7% during the quarter.

Meanwhile, the company opened its first Taneka Japanese Tavern, in Scottsdale, on Oct. 2. The new unit accounted for about $700,000 of the quarter’s revenues. P.F. Chang’s also opened 10 China Bistros and 10 Pei Weis during its Q4.
