ATLANTA-Colliers Spectrum Cauble has formed a Retail Tenant Representation Division, which Brian Lefkoff has been appointed to lead. The company already offers landlord representation and property management services in the retail sector.

"Although we continue to be very focused on retail landlord representation, having a team focused on the tenant marketplace clearly gives us advantages in the landlord representation area," says Colliers Spectrum Cauble Realty president Jonathan Barry.

Barry adds that the company's association with Colliers International will enable the new division to take advantage of opportunities the organization if handling throughout major markets in the US.

Lefkoff is formerly with Staubach, where he represented clients such as Haverty's, Circuit City, Office Depot, Limited Too/Justice, Rack Room Shoes and Sur la Table. As senior vice president of the Retail Tenant Representation Division, Lefkoff is responsible for the development of new business in Atlanta and the region and will translate the real estate needs of the firm's retail clients into effective marketing strategies.
