NASHUA, NH-Senecal Beverage Inc. outgrew its wholesale beer and liquor facility in Merrimack and has now leased a climate-controlled warehouse that once housed one of New Hampshire's oldest beer distributors. The long-term lease at One Bud Way here gave Senecal the entire 52,130-sf building.
"It was a match made in heaven," Thomas Farrelly, with Cushman & Wakefield's Manchester office, tells GlobeSt.com. "For them not to have to invest in the infrastructure to install all the cooling was a good deal. Not only was the building available, but the timing couldn't have been better."
Farrelly, citing confidentiality, declined to disclose the lease terms.
The single-story warehouse and distribution facility is located on more than four acres and features 22,400 sf of refrigerated space and ten loading docks.
Bellavance Beverage Inc., which owns the property, gradually phased out operations at the building in the last couple years after building its own 100,000-sf facility at Westwood Corporate Park off Amherst Street in Nashua.
Farrelly, along with Denis Dancoes and Sue Ann Johnson, C&W, represented the landlord and secured the tenant.
