COLUMBIA,MD-The local office of Sperry Van Ness has recently signed four separate industrial lease transactions totaling 208,000 sf in Maryland along the Washington-Baltimore Corridor. The deals were led by Scott Skogmo, a broker with the Sperry Van Ness/Skogmo Commercial office here.

Alliance, OH-based Terry's Tire Town, a tire distributor, signed a 114,478-sf lease in Odenton. It is valued at more than $4.34 million, according to Sperry Van Ness/Skogmo Commercial, which represented Terry's Tire Town. Ed Harris of CB Richard Ellis represented the landlord, Ohio-based STRS/Arundel. The property is located at 1790 Crossroads Dr.

Rhee Bros., a national food distributor, signed a $560,000, 42,107-sf lease at 6940 San Tomas Rd. in Elkridge. The landlord of the building, DCT Industrial, was represented by Ryan Commercial.

Mid-Atlantic Shredding Services Inc. signed a 16,560-sf lease worth more than $900,000 as part of an expansion. Skogmo represented the tenant and the landlord, Junction Properties LLC. The property, 9015 Junction Dr., is in Annapolis Junction.

Pink Cadillac also inked a deal in a nearby building in Annapolis Junction in order to expand its Mary Kay sales activities. The 2,930-sf lease at 9090 Junction Dr. is valued at more than $160,000. Skogmo represented Junction Properties and TriAlliance Commercial negotiated for Pink Cadillac.
