Sperry Van Ness Inks 208,000 SF in Leases

COLUMBIA, MD-The four industrial leases along the Washington-Baltimore Corridor are valued at roughly $5.9 million total.

COLUMBIA,MD-The local office of Sperry Van Ness has recently signed four separate industrial lease transactions totaling 208,000 sf in Maryland along the Washington-Baltimore Corridor. The deals were led by Scott Skogmo, a broker with the Sperry Van Ness/Skogmo Commercial office here.

Alliance, OH-based Terry’s Tire Town, a tire distributor, signed a 114,478-sf lease in Odenton. It is valued at more than $4.34 million, according to Sperry Van Ness/Skogmo Commercial, which represented Terry’s Tire Town. Ed Harris of CB Richard Ellis represented the landlord, Ohio-based STRS/Arundel. The property is located at 1790 Crossroads Dr.
