Peter Bean, with GVA Thompson Doyle Hennessey & Stevens' Boston office tells GlobeSt.com that aggressive pricing by the property owner, the 30 Park Ave. location and the moving firm's desire to create a permanent facility were factors in the deal. Big Foot has been renting space on an as-need basis at 420 Rutherford Ave. in Charlestown.

The company has penciled Feb. 15 to move into the building, which has Gold's Gym as one of its tenants. Terms of the lease aren't available, but Bean says similar space in the Arlington area leases for $9 per sf to $12 per sf.

Bean handled the transaction for the tenant. Owner 30 Park Avenue Associates was represented by Debra Lee Stevens of the Stevens Group in Boston.
