Amcast Industrial Buildings to Hit Auction

CEDARBURG, WI-The property, which includes 215,000 sf of office and manufacturing facilities, will be sold in an Indianapolis auction on Feb. 13.

CEDARBURG, WI-Amcast Industrial Corp. plans to shed approximately 215,000-sf of excess office and industrial space on Hamilton Road in this community of 11,500 people that’s 20 minutes north of Milwaukee. Amcast has tapped Great Neck, NY-based Keen Realty to market the property, which will be sold at a Feb. 13 auction in Indianapolis. Amcast, a Dayton, OH-based wheel manufacturer, has filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection.
