Jones Lang LaSalle Washington Capital Market's team of Collins Ege, John Kevill and Jim Molloy represented the seller.

The two-building complex, which totals 157,176 sf, consists of one three-story office building and one four-story office building.

Located one mile away from the Langley Air Force Base, these buildings have been the beneficiary of the regional changes resulting from BRAC, Molloy tells GlobeSt.com. Langley recently received increased funding because of its role as the headquarters of Air Combat Command as well as the home base for the United States Air Force' new F-22 Raptor, he says.

The city of Hampton has subleased two floors to the National Institution of Aerospace in Quad I, he says. Quad III is occupied by the Air Force.
