BEDFORD PARK, IL-A heating and cooling company will move into a 100,000-sf manufacturing building in Bedford Park today to accommodate the company's expansion. Four Seasons Heating & Cooling Inc. has purchased the building in Bedford Park at 5701 W. 73rd St. and is moving its headquarters from Bridgeview.

Jeffrey Locascio, a partner at the firm Epic/Savage Realty Partners/TCN Worldwide completed the sale valued at $3.5 million. The seller of the building, Ridge Property Trust, was represented by Sally Macoicz and Rodger Mroczek of Cushman & Wakefield.

Four Seasons has been in business since 1971 and has several offices across the Chicago area, Locascio says. The business serves about 75,000 customers each year from Chicago and the surrounding suburbs, he says.
