Four Seasons Expands Into 100,000-SF Building

BEDFORD PARK, IL-The heating and cooling firm is expected to move into a new headquarters that is nearly three times the size of its previous space.

BEDFORD PARK, IL-A heating and cooling company will move into a 100,000-sf manufacturing building in Bedford Park today to accommodate the company’s expansion. Four Seasons Heating & Cooling Inc. has purchased the building in Bedford Park at 5701 W. 73rd St. and is moving its headquarters from Bridgeview.

Jeffrey Locascio, a partner at the firm Epic/Savage Realty Partners/TCN Worldwide completed the sale valued at $3.5 million. The seller of the building, Ridge Property Trust, was represented by Sally Macoicz and Rodger Mroczek of Cushman & Wakefield.
