Burnham Snags Retail Work for Five Condo Projects

LAS VEGAS-Burnham Real Estate's urban retail division gains the leasing assignments for five condominium developments here with a combined 140,000 sf of street-level retail space.

LAS VEGAS-Burnham Real Estate’s urban retail group has landed the leasing assignments for five condominium projects here with a combined 140,000 sf of retail space. The listings include Panorama Towers overlooking the Strip, Paxton Walk in the Centennial Hills area, the Juhl and Streamline Towers developments in Downtown, and 17th and Vine in nearby Henderson.

The retail components of the projects are designed to provide residents with immediate access to grocery, dining and boutique shopping. The largest of the leasing assignments is 17th & Vine in Henderson, which includes 60,000 sf in 10 four-story buildings that house 452 condominiums on the upper floors. The retail portion will include boutiques and restaurants. The developer is LVMB Development.
