NVRetail, Tetra Partners Plan $50M Retail Center

WINCHESTER, VA-Target and Lowe's Home Improvement have already signed on to anchor the new complex, with a third big box retailer a possibility.

WINCHESTER, VA-Tysons Corner-based NVRetail and Tetra Partners in Reston will be breaking ground on a 500,000-sf retail center here in April or May. The project can now move forward as it just received approvals from the Frederick County Board of Supervisors to proceed in developing the empty parcel of land.

Rutherford Crossing, which will cost $50 million or more to develop according to NVRetail president Jack Waghorn, will be anchored by Target and Lowe’s Home Improvement. A third anchor retailer is possible.
