NEW YORK CITY-The warehouse building at 58-30 Grand Ave. in Queens has just acquired two new tenants. Korea Paper and Plastic, a producer of paper and plastic materials, and ACE Training Inc, a general merchandise supplier, have both leased 50,000 sf in the building.

The 150,000-sf, three-story building is now completely occupied with the new leases taking space on the first and second floor and the owner CNC Associates occupying the third floor. It is located near both the Long Island Expressway and the Brooklyn-Queens Expressway.

Howard Darsi of Kalmon Dolgin Affiliates represented the owner CNC Associates. Darsi and Linda Wong composed the exclusive leasing teams for both transactions.

"The redevelopment of Brooklyn's Pier 1 and waterfront area has spurred industrial, manufacturing and warehousing relocation," Darsi says in a statement.
