IRVINE, CA-The Plaza-Irvine’s two 15-story, 202-unit condo towers are making their debut here, signaling the new high-rise urban living that is developing in once strictly suburban Orange County. The condominiums, on the corner of Jamboree Road and Campus Drive in Irvine, are a project of OWR Development Inc. and Geoffrey H. Edmunds California Inc.

Construction is complete and “move-ins are imminent,” the developers say. Their project, designed by the architectural firm MV&P International, is adjacent to the open space of the San Joaquin Wildlife Sanctuary and close to the John Wayne Airport.
