The company has leases space on the 21st floor of the 23-story, 348,901-sf class A office tower, just one block from its current Post Office Square headquarters. Terms of the lease were not disclosed but similar class A office space in the area leases between the mid-$30s per sf to low $60s per sf, according to market studies.

The building, owned by 260 Franklin Inc., counts among its tenants Property & Portfolio Research Inc., which leased 16,134 sf on the building's 17th floor in December for its corporate headquarters. Other tenants include DG Capital Management, the CFA Institute and a number of legal firms.

Located at the corner of Franklin and Oliver streets in the Financial District, the property recently underwent extensive improvements to the main lobby and the creation of a new common lobby on the third floor, according to a release on the transaction.

The landlord was represented by Bill Collins and Jason Cameron, both with Jones Lang LaSalle's Boston office.
