Conn says that the new alignment of the firm's brokerage management and the new titles reflect that the new management team members "are not just real estate brokers, they are real estate partners who will bring to the table a strategic focus for our firm." Each has more than 25 years of commercial real estate experience and all have been working at Charles Dunn supervising brokerage operations and services on numerous levels at different times.

Levonian explains that in previous years, the company had one person in charge of the brokerage division. During the past two years, Dunn decided to run the brokeragedivision via committee with the members holding titles like president, vice president and execuive vice president." Gill and Slattery were both senior managing directors, Levonian held the title of president and Faulkner was an EVP.

Today, Levonian says, "Our new management structure has transitioned into a committee team format where all the members have the same titles and are given responsibilities that mirror their expertise." Now, Conn says, the four will combine their strategic focus and extensive knowledge to manage the day-to-day operations of the firm's brokerage division.
