Endeavor Adds Powerhouse Team for New Shop

DALLAS-The availability of two EVPs from Staubach and Home Depot's senior development director drives the Austin firm to open a second office.

DALLAS-Austin’s retail powerhouse Endeavor Real Estate Group has assembled a trio of leading executives to roll out its first office outside its homeport. And, the focus will be to develop 300,000 sf or larger centers and mixed use.

Brian Murphy and Adam Schiller, both executive vice presidents for Dallas-based Staubach Retail, are teaming with David Cassman, senior director of the development division for Atlanta-based Home Depot Inc. The three principals in charge, still looking for office space in North Dallas, have mapped out a development territory encompassing North Texas and surrounding states.
