Simon's professional background comprises more than 14 years of advertising/marketing experience, including work in marketing and business development for WNBC-NY & WNJU Telemundo; director of business development for Zilo Networks and sales management positions with Thomas Publishing.

"This appointment is part of our expanded commitment to serve metro New York's commercial property markets. Josh's depth of sales experience, and his ability to develop and maintain client relationships, will benefit both our clients and our business in the coming year."

The division also announced that Megan Hartung has been appointed a sales associate for Real Estate New York. Previously, Hartung was instrumental in the growth of the division's successful RealShare Conference Series.

In addition, Matt Santangelo, formerly director of REM's Newsletter Group, has been promoted to sales manager, REM Directories.
