Redeveloped City Line Plaza Leases Up

BETHLEHEM, PA-A 10,000-sf lease from an engineering consulting firm takes occupancy to 95% in the 65,000-sf office building that was upgraded to class A space.

BETHLEHEM, PA-Spotts Stevens & McCoy Inc., a Reading-based engineering consulting firm, has established a new 10,000-sf office location at City Line Plaza. The three-story, 65,000-sf office building, which was recently redeveloped from class B to class A space, is located a 2045 City Line Rd.

The asking rent rate in the building is $16 per sf, triple net, according to John Crampsie, a principal of Allentown-based Summit Management and Realty Co. Summit redeveloped the building for the current owner and also handles the leasing. The owner, City Line Plaza, takes its name from the building, which is within minutes from Lehigh Valley International Airport and Rte. 22.
