DALLAS-Planning a June 1 move-in, an insurance brokerage firm has inked a 10-year lease for 18,697 sf of office space after a 14-month search. The deal includes its name on a building with a front-row seat to LBJ Freeway in North Dallas.

“It gives them more of their own identity,” says Seth Weinstein, principal of Dallas-based Predium, who worked out a deal for Waldham Bros. LLP to occupy 37% of the class B office space at 6200 LBJ Freeway. He tells GlobeSt.com that Waldman will vacate 1280 N. Central Expressway a couple months before the lease expires at its 12-year location, but the move gains identity and “class A-type finishes.”
