(AUSTIN, TX and SCOTTSDALE, AZ) The firm changes its name to Nelsen Partners with the addition of long-time members, Philip J. Crisara, George A. Melara and Erston Senger, to partnership status. Crisara, who launched the Austin office in 1996, serves as executive vice president and Texas managing director. Melara is vice president and Arizona managing director while Senger, also a vice president, is director of operations.

(MINNEAPOLIS) Bill Wardwell is named executive vice president to oversee the firm's 70 brokers and their support staff. He joined the firm in 2003.

(DALLAS) Roger Pavlovich climbs to vice president from senior project manager. He joined the construction firm in March 2000 as a project manager.

(WASHINGTON, DC) David Webb comes on board as managing director of the structured finance group. Webb recently was executive vice president of Cushman & Wakefield Inc.'s project finance group, which he founded in 1998.

(SAN FRANCISCO, CHICAGO, NEW YORK CITY) Patricia Roberts begins as senior vide president for the strategic consulting group. In Chicago, the firm added Charles Hoag to its capital markets group as a vice president. In the New York City office, Robert Hackett starts as a managing director to oversee corporate solutions business in the tri-state area.

(WASHINGTON, DC) Ari Karen and Caryn G. Pass are made partners in the firm. In addition to hiring the former Krupin O'Brien LLC attorneys, the firm has added associates Heather Broadwater, Grace Lee, James Fagan and Trevor Blake.

(HORSHAM, PA) Connie Miller assumes the post of director of contract administration while Louis Glinn starts as director of analytics and controls. Miller was senior vice president for Aurora Loan Services. Glinn most recently was vice president of financial reporting for Chase Home Finance's servicing acquisitions group.

SHANGRI-LA HOTELS & RESORTS
(HONG KONG) Didier Le Calvez is made executive vice president of Europe and North America and general manager of the Shangri-La Hotel, which opens in early 2009 at 10 D'Iena in Paris. He will oversee a three-year initiative to open hotels in London, Vancouver, Chicago, Miami, Las Vegas, New York City and Toronto.

(IRVINE, CA) Yvonne Schroeder de Orr becomes the firm's general counsel. She was the former franchise counsel director for Taco Bell Corp.
