As a result, 7-Eleven has opened Manhattan locations at 105-107 E. 23rd St., 1453 3rd Ave., East 82nd Street, 1594 York Ave. and 345 W. 42nd St. Aztec planned the layouts for these locations to be consistent with the national image the retailer maintains. The average 7-Eleven stores range in size from 1,600 sf to 2,000 sf.
In addition to the new Manhattan locations, Aztec is working on locating potential stores throughout the city; actively looking at SoHo, the Upper West Side and the Upper East Side. The firm is also scouting out locations, and creating layouts in Lodi, NJ and Astoria, NY.
