MADISON, NJ-The law firm of Edwards Angell Palmer & Dodge has signed a lease for 31,491 sf of office space at One Giralda Farms, a 160,000-sf, class A building owned by RexCorp Realty. The tenant was represented by Larry Martin from Grubb & Ellis’ Fairfield office. RexCorp was represented in-house. Terms were not released.

“This was a challenging process given the scarcity of alternatives for quality-conscious tenants, such as EAP&D,” Martin says. “One Giralda turned out to be the right fit. By leasing the entire top floor, our client obtained sufficient space for their growth.”
