(MINNEAPOLIS) Bill Wardwell is named executive vice president to oversee the firm's 70 brokers and their support staff. He joined the firm in 2003.

NELSEN ARCHITECTS INC.
(AUSTIN, TX and SCOTTSDALE, AZ) The firm changes its name to Nelsen Partners with the addition of long-time members, Philip J. Crisara, George A. Melara and Erston Senger, to partnership status. Crisara, who launched the Austin office in 1996, serves as executive vice president and Texas managing director. Melara is vice president and Arizona managing director while Senger, also a vice president, is director of operations.

CADENCE McSHANE CORP.
(DALLAS) Roger Pavlovich climbs to vice president from senior project manager. He joined the construction firm in March 2000 as a project manager.

LIBERTY PROPERTY TRUST
(TAMPA, FL) Joseph Johnston rises to city manager of the firm's Tampa region, tasked with oversight for development, acquisitions and strategic direction. He succeeds Robert Goldschmidt, who will continue as senior vice president and regional director in Florida and Texas.

(LOS ANGELES) Michael O'Donovan becomes vice president of finance. He has 25 years' experience as a senior financial executive for privately held and publicly traded companies.

(LOS ANGELES and SAN FRANCISCO) Joining the Capital Markets Group is Alex Quintana as managing director in Los Angeles and Patrick C. Shiver as vice president. Quintana most recently was senior vice president and senior broker in Transwestern's Los Angeles office. Shiver, also formerly with Transwestern, established the firm's multifamily capital advisory group in Northern California.

(TAMPA) Lauren Geller begins as associate of office services. She previously was a leasing specialist with Arcis Investments Inc.

ANGLO IRISH BANK
(CHICAGO and BOSTON) Michael Goorvich and Richard Muraida joins as senior vice presidents in Chicago and Boston, respectively. Goorvich was with Capmark Finance Inc. Muraida was senior vice president and team leader of commercial lending at Eastern Bank's Boston office.

(GRAND RAPIDS, MI) Ty Hallock comes on board as managing director for the local office. The former NFL player previously worked for Grubb & Ellis Co.'s Paramount Commerce office.

(NEW YORK CITY) Seth R. Landau starts as senior vice president and general counsel after spending nine years at Salvo Landau Gruen & Rogers, rising to partner in the Blue Bell, PA-based firm.
