Historic Building Transforming Into Loft

ATLANTA-A partnership is converting an historic building on Auburn Avenue into 112 loft residences and 18 loft offices as part of the Studioplex project.

ATLANTA-A partnership between locally based companies Columbia Residential and Orinda Corp., and the Historic District Development Corp. is converting an historic building on Auburn Avenue into 112 loft residences and 18 loft offices.

The project is located in the heart of the Old Fourth Ward between Edgewood and Irwin Avenues. Units will range in size from 760 to 2,100 sf and will be priced from the mid-$100,000s. Officials with the partnership could not be reached for more information.
