Summer To Usher in 144,800-SF Project Start

MIDDLEBURG, FL-Jacksonville-based Business Condos USA has acquired 14 acres and plans to develop a 144,800-sf commercial development at the intersection of Blanding Boulevard and Old Jennings Road. The development will include 80,000 sf of retail space at the Shoppes at Mayfield and 64,800 sf of office/warehouse space at Mayfield Business Center.

Prices for the retail space will range from $220 to $240 per sf. Prices for the office space will start at $264,900 for a 2,400-sf space. Business Condos USA president Larry Walshaw tells GlobeSt.com that the project is currently in the permitting phase with groundbreaking anticipated in early summer and completion expected in early 2008.
