"All of the Washington, DC regional markets, including Northern Virginia and Maryland, remain extremely robust," Rich Kelley, director of the series, tells GlobeSt.com. Real Estate Media, which publishes GlobeSt.com and Real Estate Forum, produces the RealShare Conference Series.
"This kind of environment and market inspires people to come out and learn more about the opportunities and most importantly discuss them face to face with their peers in the industry," he says.
This is the fifth DC-based RealShare Conference Series. In 2005, a conference specifically for the Northern Virginia region was introduced. Last year some 300 people attended that event.
