C&W Takes 166,000-SF Assignment

WAYNE, NJ–The 166,000-sf, single-story office building at 1750 Route 23 North here has been vacant since State Farm Insurance vacated the premises. The insurer had been using the location as a regional headquarters before relocating elsewhere in the region. Now, owner Ullman Family Partnership LP has hired Cushman & Wakefield of New Jersey, East Rutherford, to fill the building.

“It offers immediate occupancy,” says C&W’s James L. Frank, who is handling the assignment with colleagues Jeffrey A. Prezant and Adam D. Padla. “It has tremendous frontage and highway exposure. And it has versatility,” Prezant says, noting that some of the target uses include research, healthcare, data centers, entertainment and education.
