TMD Gets 1,632-Unit Residential Assignment

JERSEY CITY-Developer Metro Homes picks the residential brokerage firm to sell properties here, and in Hoboken and Asbury Park.

JERSEY CITY-The Marketing Directors Inc., based in New York City, has been appointed marketing and sales agent for four new residential communities being developed by Metro Homes. The combined properties add up to a total of 1,632 luxury condo residences.

More than half that total involves one property, the under-construction Trump Plaza Jersey City, which Metro Homes is joint-venturing with the Trump Organization. The project encompasses 862 condos, and its two towers will be the two tallest residential buildings in New Jersey when completed. Occupancy of the initial homes is scheduled for late 2007.
