With more than 25 years experience, Wainwright will focus on the front end aspects of ground-up centers. He will also assist in obtaining additional entitlements on new acquisition properties. He was previously senior vice president of construction and development for Palm Beach Gardens-based Rendina Cos. Before that, he was president of G.B. Group in Gilroy, CA. He has held positions as an officer with two publicly traded real estate development companies, where he handled zoning, planning, variances and the entitlement process.

Griffin will focus on construction-related activities for ground-up shopping centers throughout South Florida, including Carter Square, London Square and West Sunset Square. He was previously vice president of construction and development services with Cary, NC-based the Soleil Group where he handled construction, design and renovation. Previously, he was senior project manager with Greensboro, NC-based Starmount Co.

Fields will focus on coordinating the construction of tenant improvements and center renovations. In addition, he is responsible for daily contact with leasing and property management staff to ensure on-schedule tenant openings. He was previously a field superintendent with Tamarac-based Southern Drywall and Construction where he was responsible for interior and exterior metal framing on commercial construction projects. Before that, he was a field superintendent with Boynton Beach-based Gale Insulation.
