The Realtors Commercial Alliance of RAMB is the only commercial association in Miami-Dade County dedicated exclusively to commercial real estate interest, and is the fourth largest in the nation. It provides member services and education throughout the year.

Juncadella has three decades of experience in commercial brokerage and leasing and has been responsible for the lease up of more than nine million sf of office and industrial space. He is also involved in community affairs, including the board of directors of the Industrial Association of Miami-Dade County. He is active with the National Association of Industrial and Office Parks and the Society of Industrial and Office Real Estate.

Prior to founding Fairchild Partners, Juncadella was with Codina Realty Services. Fairchild specializes in tenant, landlord and developer representation; buyer and seller representation and consulting.
