The newly hired individuals include development manager Ron Heath Jr., executive assistant Kristin Kiser and controller Sallie Trammell. Former office manager Kelley Reilly was promoted to development coordinator. The company completed six deals in the fourth quarter for a total of $93 million. "I am a firm believer that Kennedy's success can be attributed to our outstanding team," says Kennedy chairman and CEO Marty Kennedy. "I am thrilled with the recent changes within our staff and look forward to Kennedy's continued growth."

In his new position, Heath will support the development team working directly with general contractors on budget management and construction timelines. As former leasing professional and recent graduate of Georgia MLS Real Estate, Kiser will serve as executive assistant to the company's CEO and executive vice president.

Trammell brings more than 20 years of financial experience to the role of controller, where she will be responsible for all financial aspects of the company's development and management teams. Trammell holds a number of professional certificates. In her new position, Reilly will work closely with the development team in coordinating various stages of project development.
