The Chicago firm "is going to be their exclusive provider of transaction management services and their preferred provider for other corporate real estate services, lease administration, project management, facilities management and strategic planning," Duffy says. Jones Lang LaSalle will not be handling adidas Group's retail locations, but all other property, which is approximately 12 million sf.
Jones Lang LaSalle will also be working on "a number of integration related projects," Duffy says. "They are looking in terms of how they can best consolidate and combine their real estate locations around the world, what makes sense and what does not."
