The Sugarman and Sugarman agreement was among three renewals/expansions just completed on behalf of tenant clients by Cresa Partners, a locally based firm specializing in corporate services activity. Cresa brokers Bob Shulman, Rick Lowe and James Topper negotiated terms for the tenant. Jay Driscoll, Jan Brady and Rebecca Galeota of Cushman & Wakefield served as agents for the landlord, Beacon Capital Partners.

In another Financial District transaction involving Cresa, Lowe and Topper assisted the nonprofit Commonwealth Care Alliance in a lease expansion to 9,100 sf at 30 Winter St. The care-delivery company also retained Cresa to handle project management of the space. C&W's Driscoll and Galeota joined colleague Kristen Haggerty as brokers for 30 Winter St.'s landlord, a joint venture between Cresset Group and Great Point Investors.

In the third deal, Lowe and Topper brokered an expansion to 8,500 sf by public relations company Solomon McCown & Co. at 177 Milk St., which is owned by the Beal Cos. The landlord was represented by Michael Tammaro.
