"It's a nice deal for the market," says Garry Holmes of R.W. Holmes Realty, agent for the landlord in the expansion. Boston Scientific, whose world headquarters is located next door, was represented by FHO Partners brokers Joseph Fallon, Sean Teague and Barbara Elia.
"Boston Scientific has been in the building for many years, and it has worked out really well for them," Teague tells GlobeSt.com. Fallon and Holmes were also brokers for Boston Scientific in 2005 when the firm expanded into a 55,000-sf block at 24 Prime Pkwy. The 107,000-sf building was constructed in 1985, but Holmes says it features the amenities of a modern office address and "has always leased well" under the Franchi Management's stewardship.
