KLNB Opens Local Office

WASHINGTON, DC-KLNB LLC has opened a full-service office here at 5225 Wisconsin Ave. The firm, which focuses on the Baltimore, Washington, DC and Northern Virginia markets, has full-service locations in Towson, Baltimore City and Columbia, MD, as well as Vienna, VA. It moved into Washington, DC in order to be closer to a 400,000 sf leasing and management contract it received from Grosvenor late last year, according to Andy Georgelakos, NAI director, principal and managing director.

“Up until now we have been handling our DC work from our Tyson’s Corner office,” says Georgelakos, who will oversee office sales and leasing efforts at the new office. Also staffing the DC office is KLNB principal Phil Ruxton as managing director of retail leasing.
