(HOUSTON) Bruce Edwards takes over as executive vice president and managing director of operations. He previously was senior vice president and managing director of operations for the property service group.

CUSHMAN & WAKEFIELD
(EAST RUTHERFORD, NJ and CHICAGO) Clifford J. Mortara earns a berth as director of the client services group. In Chicago, David Burden rises to senior managing director and branch manager of the office. Burden replaces Michael McKiernan, who was named executive managing director of the Industrial Services Group for the Americas.

Capuciati rises to executive vice president from executive managing director; Providenti, corporate managing director from managing director; and Blue, assistant director from associate.

CB RICHARD ELLIS
(CHICAGO) Kyle Kamin is elevated to senior vice president, the youngest to earn the title in the Chicago region. Kamin, who started with CBRE in 1999, had been a first vice president in the Downtown tenant representation practice.

(NEW YORK CITY) Stephen Chasanoff, Dolores Minardi, Seth Hecht and Alex Milona start in the headquarters office. Accorded senior managing director titles are Chasanoff, former managing partner of a namesake firm, and Minardi, previously a principal at Sutton & Edwards Commercial Real Estate. Hecht, previously with Kaufman/Adler Realty, and Milona, a former associate at Grubb & Ellis Co., start as associates.

(SEATTLE) Gary Danklefsen is named regional director of the new Seattle/Tacoma office. He was director of transactions management for CB Richard Ellis.

(CHICAGO) Kevin Moore starts as assistant director for the transactions' services group. He formerly was a vice president with Studley.

GE REAL ESTATE
(STAMFORD, CT) Greg O'Stean is named executive vice president and managing director of hospitality for GE North American Lending. He most recently was senior vice president of franchise finance for GE Capital Solutions since 2005, becoming part of the team when Security Capital was acquired.

(CARLSBAD, CA) Randy Dalby starts as senior associate for office and retail brokerage in the Orange County market. Dalby most recently was part of the retail team for Grubb & Ellis.

(CHICAGO) Pamela Grossman joins as assistant director. She most recently was corporate account manager for Level 3 Communications.
