The filing did not identify the buildings or the tenants and Behringer Harvard declined to comment. Local industry sources tell GlobeSt.com the buildings sit on 22.8 acres at the corner of Central Expressway and Lafayette Street.
The buildings--two, two-story structures and one, one-level structure, each about 150,000 sf--were developed in the late 1970s. Hitachi Data Systems occupies at two of the buildings. Applied Materials previously occupied the third building.
