Dozen M&G Employees Move Up Ladder

BOSTON-Real estate services mainstay Meredith & Grew has announced a dozen promotions, including the appointment of Yanni Tsipis as a company shareholder. A member of M&G’s Development & Advisory Services Group, Tsipis is a graduate of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology who joined the organization in 2001.

“It’s really an honor to be associated with such a great firm,” Tsipis tells GlobeSt.com. The D&A group provides a range of assistance to buyers and developers, including site acquisition, securing financial resources, master-planning and permitting. Currently, the group is helping a client with plans for a parcel made available from the Big Dig and is assisting a Cambridge residential project, says Tsipis, who has worked on several high-profile residential projects in the city, including the GrandView near Boston Common and conversion of the Longwood Towers in Brookline into condominiums. “There are a lot of excellent opportunities out there right now,” says Tsipis, who has also written a series of books on Massachusetts infrastructure, including the making of Route 128 and a review of the diverse bridges in the metropolitan area.
