"It's really an honor to be associated with such a great firm," Tsipis tells GlobeSt.com. The D&A group provides a range of assistance to buyers and developers, including site acquisition, securing financial resources, master-planning and permitting. Currently, the group is helping a client with plans for a parcel made available from the Big Dig and is assisting a Cambridge residential project, says Tsipis, who has worked on several high-profile residential projects in the city, including the GrandView near Boston Common and conversion of the Longwood Towers in Brookline into condominiums. "There are a lot of excellent opportunities out there right now," says Tsipis, who has also written a series of books on Massachusetts infrastructure, including the making of Route 128 and a review of the diverse bridges in the metropolitan area.
D&A colleague Dante Angelucci was also promoted by M&G, he among four employees who have been named senior vice presidents. The others are research director Mary Kelly, Capital Markets specialist Thomas Welch and Patrick Paladino Jr., an expert in retail brokerage. Four staffers were tabbed as vice presidents, professionals representing a broad cross-section of the company. Wearing that title now are Tucker Hansen, a broker concentrating on Cambridge, investment sales ace Nicholas Herz, marketing and research member Michelle Mugg and Seth Rosen, another member of the M&G Capital Markets team.
Joseph Crowley, who has worked on various suburban deals for M&G, was promoted to assistant vice president along with Suzanne Duca of marketing and research and broker Jeffrey Gates. "All of these individuals are proven leaders who have made significant contributions to Meredith & Grew," says president Thomas Hynes Jr., in a release. "We are pleased to recognize their hard work and efforts," Hynes says.
