The entire project will have 11 buildings with units available ranging in size from 1,200 sf and up. Prices for the units range from $260 to $290 per sf, Business Condos USA president Larry Walshaw tells GlobeSt.com. The first building will be completed in the fall with subsequent buildings to be constructed as units are sold.

The project's location, across from World Golf Village and the World Golf Hall of Fame golf and visitor destination, is among its attributes. It is also located next to a 1.2-million-sf mall under construction. "Our buyers will benefit from the location in one of the northeast Florida's fastest growing corridors with neighboring high-end shopping malls and high-wealth residential growth," Walshaw says.

Walshaw says six of the nine units in the first phase have been sold. Tenants include a wine store, floor covering store, Japanese restaurant and bookstore.
