Works Starts on 115,000-SF Retail Condo Project

ST. AUGUSTINE, FL-Jacksonville-based Business Condos USA has broken ground in the first phase of the 114,896-sf Lakeside Promenade retail condominium shopping center at Interstate 95 and International Golf Parkway. The first building will contain 18,000 sf.

The entire project will have 11 buildings with units available ranging in size from 1,200 sf and up. Prices for the units range from $260 to $290 per sf, Business Condos USA president Larry Walshaw tells GlobeSt.com. The first building will be completed in the fall with subsequent buildings to be constructed as units are sold.
