The deal moves the financial services company, formally Morgan Beaumont, from the Sarasota/Bradenton area to the East Tampa submarket. Jack Hoskins, first vice president of CB Richard Ellis in Tampa, represented nFinanSe Inc. in the transaction.

"Sabal Business Center One is the ideal location for nFinanSe," Hoskins says in a statement. "The immediate access to I-75 and US 301 gives excellent reach to the highly skilled labor pool in Tampa's growing residential communities."

The single-story property is a 41,382-sf office asset leased by EOLA Capital, formerly Capital Partners, Inc. Kyle Burd brokered the lease on behalf of EOLA.

According to CBRE, the East Tampa office submarket showed an absorption of 25,235 sf in the first quarter of 2007 and represents 99,178 sf, or 22%, of the total commercial square feet under construction in Hillsborough County.
