PENNSAUKEN, NJ-First Industrial Realty Trust has sold the adjacent buildings at 1625 and 1601 Hylton Rd. here in separate deals. The buildings each total 35,000 sf, and the sales were arranged for First Industrial by Marc Isdaner of Colliers Lanard & Axilbund of Philadelphia. Sale prices were not released.

The building at 1625 Hylton Rd. was sold to Ocean LLC, a local group. It will shortly be occupied by ARI, an automotive fleet-leasing company, which is relocating here from a smaller space nearby.

The building at 1601 Hylton Rd. has been sold to 1601 Hylton Road Associates, another local group. The property is fully occupied under a long-term lease by Loomis Fargo, a Texas-based cash handling and distribution company, which will remain in the building. Both assets provide 20-foot high ceilings, tailgate and drive-in loading doors, and a small office component.
