Stanbery Readies 125,000-SF Lifestyle Center

OLD BRIDGE, NJ-Stanbery Development is nearing completion of its second lifestyle shopping center in New Jersey, with several more properties on the way. The Columbus, OH-based has slated a May opening for the Shoppes at Old Bridge, a 125,000-sf center on US Hwy. 9 that’s bringing in several national tenants new to the eastern Middlesex County market.

“The tenants are anxious to get the Shoppes at Old Bridge open for business,” says Ray Brunt, executive in charge of leasing, who works out of a local Stanbery office in Manasquan, NJ. “It should be a fantastic grand opening.”

Among the tenants signed up for the property are Banana Republic, Ann Taylor Loft, Coldwater Creek, Jos. A. Bank, the Children’s Place, Chico’s and three Gap variations. Also on tap are Aerosoles, Yankee Candle, the Papery, Maggie Moos and Gold’s Gym, among others.
