HSA's property management division will handle the lease administration duties lead by general manager Joe Swojenski. The firm will review facility operating expenses to identify possible cost savings in addition to opportunities for service enhancement, according to the released statement.

The firm has previously handled facility management for First Chicago National Bank for 2.5 million sf in space with an annual operations budget of more than $35 million. HSA's asset management division was hired in 1991 by First Chicago National Bank and was retained after the acquisition by Bank One until it was purchased by JP Morgan Chase. HSA has "26 years of experience in achieving fair market value tax assessment valuations for owners of commercial real estate," executive vice president and director management operations Christine Muszynski said in a statement.
